Major General Errol Schwartz Board Chairman

Message from the Chair

On behalf of the Seafarers Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors, I thank you for your support and donations throughout 2024. Your continued support is instrumental in the Foundation achieving our goals. Your contributions played a pivotal role in the Foundation achieving our mission of providing educational services for underserved youth, seniors, and others in the inner-city communities of Anne Arundel and Prince George’s Counties.

In 2024, we provided services to underserved youth through our Summer Youth Program and our Sea Scout Ship 1959 in areas relating to swimming, fishing, recreational boating, the science of navigation, and basic water safety skills. In addition, we provided services to seniors during the Thanksgiving season to assist in improving their quality of life.

In 2025, our goal is to continue to engage the underserved communities of Anne Arundel and Prince George’s Counties, providing similar services as we did in 2024.
